Pickles and a Combine

This past weekend we made our 2nd annual trip home to the farm to do some pickling.  It was a smaller group this year and we missed having Lexie and Jen C. with us.  However, Mom, Jen, Brooke, Hillary, Emmett, Henry, Hailey, and I were able to handle it.

In all, 29 jars of pickles made.

We were also lucky enough to have made the trip during harvest.  The kiddos were all impressed with the big combine and could hardly wait to take a ride. If the word combine was even mentioned, Hailey and Emmett would begin YELLING the word combine.
