A Visit From Daddy at School

Hailey is the Star Student this week at The Good Shepherd.  She was so excited when she found out she could bring in someone special to talk with the class.  At first she chose Sydney, but after discussing what Sydney was going to do with the class, she choose her Daddy.

Hailey could hardly wait for the day Daddy was coming with her to school and asked each morning when she woke up if today was the day.

Daddy had just gotten back from a trip to Japan, so what better to talk about than that.  Daddy brought each student back some goodies, money, and origami paper to make a craft.

 Hailey also got to bring in a little treat for the kids.  Besides the Japanese crackers, she brought each one a little cup of homemade apple sauce she made earlier in the week.

Kevin did a great job talking and working with the kids.  I was really impressed and proud of him.  Thank you Daddy...Hailey LOVED you being there.  She was so giddy and proud.
