Hailey's Christmas Functions (1st Grade)

Watching Hailey's program was so much fun last year (Kinder).  She gets so into her routine and really shows a lot of excitement and energy when she performs.  We couldn't wait to see this years, and it didn't disappoint.

They sang lots of nontraditional Christmas/Holiday music, along with some dancing and playing cymbals to the beat.

All 4 of the 1st grade classes perform together.  Mrs. Spangler is her music teacher.

 Shake it Hailey.

 Focused and following directions.

One of Hailey's first grade projects this year was to decorate a tree for the hallways.  She brought it home and we decorated together as a family (even though Hailey didn't want Sydney to help).  Hailey insisted we use candy to decorate it, but Mommy had other plans.  Glad we decided against the candy, pretty much everyone else in her class used candy and it was all falling off!

Using a fork to paint the needles on the tree.

Hailey was so excited to use the hot glue gun.  We decorated the foam ornaments with double sided tape and glitter.

The finished product.....nice job Hailey.
